Abbey Musinguzi alias Abtex Promotions has called off his new year’s day concert that was set to take place in Mutukula, the border of Uganda and Tanzania.
Abtex was pushed to cancel his show in Mutukula following Police stringent restrictions which were going to make it very hard to get revelers from Uganda turning up in huge numbers.
The authorities placed at the border required each individual who was set to attend the concert to have a valid vaccination card.
As if that wasn’t enough, the authorities further made the requirements very strict as they demanded cards that are don’t go beyond 72hours since they were vaccinated.
Abtex found the restrictions as just a means of stopping Ugandans from crossing the border to celebrate the new year in style.
