Popular events organizer Abbey Musinguzi alias Abtex has today stormed CID headquarters in Kibuli and opened fresh charges against Ibrahim Tusuubira alias Isma Olaxess over allegations of murdering producer Dan Mukisa a.k.a Danz Kumapeesa
Isma Olaxess was dragged to police following a video that recently went viral online while claiming he had a hand in the murdering of Danz Kumapeesa.
According to Abtex, believes that it is not okay for someone to walk freely without being investigated on remarks over the death of another.
However, Isma Olaxess is confident that he did not commit any criminal offense and has maintained that the video in which he appeared to say he had a hand in the death of Danz Kumapeesa was doctored.
He added that whatever Abtex has filed at Police is just a waste of time since he has no supporting evidence of the case he fronted.
Isma Olaxess narrated that Abtex just lacks what to do since events are still banned and has little work to do.
