Adekunle Gold Urges Ugandan Music Lovers To Support African Music and Their Own Local Artists And Talent

Nigerian superstar singer Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko alias Adekunle Gold urged Ugandan music fans to support African music and their own local artists and talents.

The 35-year-old Afro-beat singer made the plea during a press conference held at the International University of East Africa (IUEA).

Adekunle Gold, who at times prefers to be called AG Baby, noted that it is very important to support local talents and rising artists reasoning that it is the only way our artists can get to another level.

He requested fans to support artists like Fik Fameica and others asserting that our future is bright.

“Support African music, support your local artists. It is important to support your own local artists because it is the only way they can get to the top. You know, support Fik Fameica and others.

Please support African music I thank you for the love you showed me by streaming my music. Am so grateful for that because I see how my songs perform here”, Adekunle Gold.

Adekunle Gold arrived in Kampala, Uganda on Friday 15th July, ahead of the Club Pilsener-sponsored Club Dome concert slated for Saturday (Today).
