Musician Ava Peace has revealed that her ex-boyfriend consistently beat her.
Ava Peace, who never mentioned the boyfriend’s name at the time, said she suffered domestic violence from him.
The singer explained that she was severely beaten and that he started physically abusing her just six months into their relationship.
She explained that whenever she questioned him about his wrong actions, she would be severely beaten.
“We had dated for about six months when he started beating me. He had done something wrong; I questioned him, and he responded by beating me. He would do it consistently, like every week. I didn’t care at the time because I am a lover and I take a long time to move on,” she explained during an appearance on Bruno K’s TikTok show.
Ava Peace added that she regrets dating such a barbaric man and that she is more cautious now when choosing someone to date.
