Reports coming through reveal that babbling Facebook blogger Raymond Soulfa alias Peng Peng is behind bars after being arrested by Interpol.
His arrest comes quick after the arrest of fellow blogger Kiggulalugi Lumbuye Fred in Turkey on Tuesday night over unknown circumstances.
Basing on the video making rounds on social media, a sheriff is seen handcuffing Peng Peng in Sweden but the reasons for his arrest are still scanty.
Recently, Peng Peng was placed on the list of wanted bloggers by the Ugandan government over toxic information they share online.
Peng has been referred to as the most controversial and disrespectful blogger
