Gifted and talented guitarist, singer, and songwriter Aziz Azion came out and openly affirmed his support for singer-turned-politician-Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine.
Aziz Azion was one of the first musicians to openly rally support for NUP President Bobi Wine for the highest office in Uganda during the 2021 general elections.
Aziz said he supports Bobi Wine because he represents a large group of people who have been left out by the government.
He went ahead to affirm that Bobi Wine will always have his vote as long as he is actively participating in politics.
“I am a loyal person who never changes goalposts. I will support him for as long as he is there, and I will do it at all costs. Bobi Wine is a representation of many people, and it’s one of the reasons we believe in him,” he said in an interview with a local television.
Aziz will be staging this year’s concert on the 4th of November at Serena Hotel, Kampala.
