Next Media Service news anchor Canary Mugume has shared his thoughts on why socialite Sipapa behaves the way he does without caring about the rest of the people.
Based on his tweet on his account, Canary Mugume stresses that Sipapa is untouchables. He adds that even top ranking officers fear him.
“Sipapa is untouchable, unfortunately. Even top ranking cops fear him. They don’t know how he acquired armed state security. But I hope you find justice some day”, Canary mugume.
Canary Mugume opened up about Sipapa’s being untouchable after a one Twitter user came out and accused the socialite of scratching his posh ride.
On top of scratching it, he threatened to shoot him something that he asked AIGP Asan Kasingye to intervene in his matter.
