Century properties lunches ‘Celebrity Villa’ campaign to end renting among celebrities

Century properties and real estate company lunched a campaign which is aimed at enabling most of Ugandan celebrities to own residential homes at cheap costs.

The real estate company while in a press conference held at Racers Club in Bukoto, described the residential area as “Celebrities Villa” loctaed in Bowa.

The “celebrity villa” estate was established to enable most local celebrities to own land and homes in Uganda so as to avoid renting for the rest of their lives.

According to the Branic Benz the brand ambassador of the company, he revealed that their plots of land start from as low as Shillings 10 millions for a 50 by 100 ft.

“We have a plan of establishing a supermarket, hospital etc for these celebrities and the villa will be surrounded with the fence together with a guard” Lucky, the Head of Marketing said.

Omulangira Ndawusi of Radio Simba was the first celebrity to acquire land from the celebrity Villa and he was assigned to bring fellow celebrities to buy land, and given full authority to whoever artist who wants to buy land, they should contact him.
