Century properties lunches ‘Celebrity Villa’ campaign to end renting among celebrities

Century Properties and real estate company lunched a campaign which is aimed at enabling most of Ugandan celebrities to own residential homes at cheap costs.

The real estate company while in a press conference held at Racers Club in Bukoto, described the residential area as a “Celebrities Villa” located in Bowa.

The “celebrity villa” estate was established to enable most local celebrities to own land and homes in Uganda so as to avoid renting for the rest of their lives.

According to Branic Benz, the brand ambassador of the company revealed that their plots of land start from as low as Shillings 10 million for a 50 by 100 ft.

“We have a plan of establishing a supermarket, hospital, etc for these celebrities, and the villa will be surrounded by the fence together with a guard,” Lucky, the Head of Marketing said.

Omulangira Ndawusi of Radio Simba was the first celebrity to acquire land from the celebrity Villa and he was assigned to bring fellow celebrities to buy land, and given full authority to whoever artist who wants to buy land, should contact him.
