Jacob Akunguzibwa Kyaligonza alias DJ Jacob Omutuuze is to be arraigned in the courts of law today (Thursday 9th December) following his recent arrest in Dubai.
DJ Jacob Omutuuze was arrested four days ago on allegations that his passport number had committed an offense in Dubai sometime back that he did not settle.
The Dembe FM presenter however maintains that he has never committed any offense in Dubai. He goes on explain that he has never even spent some good time in Dubai.
The father of one also stated that he only makes stopovers in Dubai when he is heading to other destinations.
Meanwhile, we hope when his court session gets underway he will be judged fairly and set free to return home.
