Galaxy FM’s deejay Nimrod, Maddox Ssematimba, and others who were on Sunday arrested at 911 Lounge along Salaama Road for flouting Covid-19 presidential rules were remanded to Kitalya till Friday 19th November 2021.
The arrested were sent to Kitalya Prison after being arraigned before Makindye court as they wait for their case hearing on that said reported day.
Galaxy FM’s DJ Nimrod and Maddox have joined King Michael as public figures who have been put behind bars for violating the presidential directives on curfew.
Before DJ Nimrod and Maddox were arraigned before court, people close to them were hopeful that the two would be subjected to community work but their hopes were dashed when the judge sentenced them to Kitalya till Friday.
