Celebrated actor, singer, comedian, and Former Rubaga South Member of Parliament Kato Lubwama breathed his last in the wee hours of Wednesday morning.
The news concerning the death of the former lawmaker was made public by motor-mouthed events promoter Bajjo Events Clear Process alias Andrew Mukasa through Tiktok.
Kato Lubwama is reported to have passed on while he had been checked into a medical facility as he battled an illness at attacked and put him down late in the night.
It is believed that Kato Lubwama died due to complications resulting from his long-standing heart problems on June 7 at Stana Medical Centre in Bunamwaya.
In 2022, Kato Lubwama was flown out of the country to Turkey, where he underwent surgery and he has since been okay.
His burial arrangements will be communicated later as more details come through from his close family relatives.
