Two years into a musical break, sensational fast-rising singer Beckie Johnz is set to realise her dancehall song “PARTY’ off her upcoming EP on 15th March 2025 to mark her musical comeback.
‘Party’ hit is a collaboration of Beckie Johnz, KY 211, and Pro Zara Feelings
According to Beckie Johnz, the song was inspired by all the party people who party until morning. She further explained to us that using her personal experience she decided to get a pen and paper and write the song.
Stars KY 211 and Zara’s Feelings also wrote parts of the song. It is a combination of good brains, talent, and passion.

Who is Beckie Johnz
The singer/songwriter has had an incredible journey. She was born in Ethiopia, grew up in Kenya, and moved to Australia when she was 15. Beckie always had a passion for music but faced challenges from her family and experienced bullying, which affected her self-esteem.

Music became her therapy and a way to express herself. Despite these challenges, Beckie pursued her passion by studying music in high school and strengthening her vocal skills through vocal coaching.
After taking a break from music due to personal issues, Beckie moved to Melbourne, Australia, where she continued to pursue her dream. She released her first EP, “Just the Beginning”, and collaborated with various East African artists. Beckie is working on her first album and aims to pave the way for young South Sudanese female artists lacking support in the male-dominated industry.
