Gagamel International Entertainment CEO Musa Ssali alias Bebe Cool had no kind words for veteran musician and instrumentalist Tshaka Winston Mayanja stressing that for the years he has spent in the local music industry he has no contribution to it.
Bebe Cool blasted Tshaka Mayanja following the latter’s remarks about him, Bobi Wine, and Jose Chameleone when he stressed that they stagnanted the music industry when they bought posh and expensive cars instead of marketing their music to the rest of world.
Tshaka made the comments as he was responding to a question as to why Ugandan music has failed to cross to other countries just like how the Nigerian’s, Tanznian’s, and other nations do it.
His comments did not go down well with Bebe Cool and when he was given the opportunity to make a point about Tshaka’s belittling remarks about them, he striaght away fired shots saying he has negative impact on Uganda’s music industry yet he is also a veteran artist.
Bebe Cool defended his colleagues Bobi Wine and Chameleone noting that they built the Ugandan music industry to what the young and new talent are going with.
Tshaka Mayanja is a fellow musician but he doesn’t have any contribution to Uganda’s music industry. I, @HEBobiwine, and @JChameleone built what these young musicians are going with.
