Former Rubaga South MP Kato Lubwama has openly told whoever doesn’t want to hear him speak positive about the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) to take poison and go hang to death.
The outspoken comedian and singer boldly spoke out his mind as he was giving his opinon about Jose Chameleone’s newly formed Uganda Superstars Assocation that is set to rival the UMA.
He reasoned that whoever is under Chameleone’s association is wasting their time saying all those should just unite and all belong to UMA so that they can be ruled under one association something which will steer the association forward in that to avoid battles with UMA president Cindy Sanyu.
He further stated that the reason why different associations are errupting up as mushrooms is to only fight for Gen Saleh money which will even be little to all of them.
In that essence, he advised all artists to bow down to UMA and move forward together under one umberalla body which will help Ugandan music elevate to a different level.
