Iraq artists Monica Sliwa and Ali Abed Lwahab joined forces and dropped a hot jam dubbed “Athar Mnee“.
The song was inspired and written during the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic where Monica and Ali communicated electronically to deliver a heartwarming song to their listeners across all the different parts of the world.
Athar Mnee was an opportunity for Monica to sing an original song with Ali and expand her network and followers from her home country to other parts of the world.
Monica’s parts were recorded by her at her home studio and to be exact (her bedroom!).
It was her very first step into the professional world of music collaboration.
