Good news from Buganda Road Court reveals that Uganda Bloggers Association President Ibrahim Tusuubira alias Isma Olaxess a.k.a Jajja Iculi is out of prison.
The motor-mouthed blogger has been freed on a non-cash bail of Ugx10M as he is battling charges of offensive communication and criminal libel after being sued by singer Os Suna.
Isma Olaxess is being accused with three others who include Kays, Brian Wakko, and Marko for talking negatively about his family, riches and accusing him of being haunted by evil spirits.
For Kayz, Marko, and Brian Wako seem to spend today’s night in cell after failing to appear in court for their bail application hearing.
However, word reaching our news desk reveals that they could show face in courts of law tomorrow (Wednesday).
