Counsel Elias Luyimbazi Nalukoola, the Kawempe North MP-elect, finally took oath of office on Wednesday afternoon at the Parliament of Uganda.
He will represent the constituency following his win in the polls on the 13th of this month.
The NUP politician has been warned not to betray Bobi Wine and his party after being sworn in as a Member of the Ugandan Parliament.
Kasuku explained that the National Unity Party did everything possible to ensure his win. They took extraordinary measures to win the constituency, and he should always respect that.
“You shouldn’t betray Bobi Wine and the National Unity Platform. It was the first time I saw Bobi Wine campaigning for three days for just one candidate. The party did everything possible to secure your win, and betrayal will be the end of your career,” Kasuku said while addressing his audience on his own YouTube channel.
Kasuku also urged Nalukoola to remain committed to his constituents and to prioritize their needs and services.
