Content creator Loukman Ali is beaming with excitement following the good news of how his movie dubbed “The Girl In The Yellow Jumper” is set to become the first Ugandan movie airing on Netflix.
The movie will start airing early next week and the delighted Loukman Ali took to his socials and bragged how he can at the moment call himself a professional filmmaker.
The film that was released in 2020 is 1 hour and 20 minutes and features Ugandan actors with a storyline of a man who escapes a hostage situation and returns home with a story to tell.
The actors include Maurice Kirya, Morocco Omari, Michael Wawuyo Jnr, Rehema Nanfuka, Phillip Luswata, Gladys Oyenbot, among other stars in the film.
Upon sharing the good news, many Ugandan movie actors and his followers at large congratulated him upon opening the gates for Ugandan filmmakers and actors.
