King of Mwoyo music and R&B singer Maurice Kiirya is no stranger to controversy.
This time around, he sent tongues wagging when he took to his social media accounts to claim he is Uganda’s Greatest Musician of All Time.
His claims came with lots of mixed reactions as a section of followers backed up his statements whereas others disagreed with him.
He noted that since he is not being appreciated enough, he wouldn’t waste time to be confirmed by anyone else.
“I am The Greatest Ugandan Musician of All Time. I hereby give myself credit,” he tweeted.
Maurice Kiirya is arguably one of the biggest R&B singers in Uganda and recently held a successful concert at Serena Hotel Kampala.
He has been in the music business for close to more than 20 years and has stuck to his soul-soothing kind of music that has earned him respect across different nations.
