Going by what we see, It seems like former Miss Uganda 2019 Oliver Nakakande wants to become Sheilah Carol Gashumba’s stepmother.
This is after the sexy model and 4th runner-up Miss World took to her Facebook page and posted a photo of herself while clad in a red outfit asking Frank Gashumba to “come and collect” her.
Basing on the caption on her photo, it was clear that Nakakande was shooting her shot towards Frank Gashumba since she requested for a Muganda and Muvandimwe union.
Someone tell Frank Gashumba to come and collect this Muganda – Vandimwe.

Fortunately, Frank Gashumba replied positively saying he is ready to do the needful as Nakakande requested.
