Pastor Aloysius Bugingo’s best man Ssalongo Herbert Buyondo has described the formers legalizing of his new relationship with Suzan Makula as “annoying and shameful” to the pentecostal church.
While speaking to NBS TV’s UnCut show, Mr. Ssalongo Buyondo the pastor of Victory Church Namungona, stressed that what Bugingo did is disgusting and disrespectful to the bible and the pentecostal church as a whole.
He went ahead and quote the book of Malachi that states that God hates divorce. He narrated that in the religious perspective as born-agains they don’t believe in divorce which the other world accepts.
He further explained Pastor Bugingo’s affair irriates so bad that after holding his marital ceremonies he take to the pulpit and preach the word of again yet he does not follow tand practice what he preaches from the bible.
Ssalongo Buyondo therefore completed by stressing that Bugingo can’t be a good leader if he is not led rightly.
Pastor Bugingo’s act is annoying, weakening, and demoralizing because I am a well trained person who studied marriage laws and understood everything very well. If Pastor Bugingo has two wives one with a wedlock and went on to be introduced by another woman yet he takes to the pulpit and preaches the word of God that is wrong. That is where the challenge arises from. In the religious perspective, the born-agains do not believe in divorce but the other world accepts it and that is why Teddy said “No divorce”.
The Bible also clearly stress it in Malachi that God hates divorce. At the moment he is drunk in the limelight but that doesn’t mean that he is right. He is feeling like a big star now. You can’t be a good leader if you’re not led.
