The rumors were stirred based on how the two were seated very close to each other, while wearing smiles on their faces something that seemed as if Bugembe could have proposed to the babe in a secret and low-key style.
The reports came to life alleging that Bugembe could have dumped his rumored girlfriend Nicole who threw her a surprise birthday party sometime back for a new babe.
