A few days ago, National Unity Platform’s Mityana MP Francis Zaake Butebi added a year onto his age.
He took his birthday celebrations to the lake shores where he invited a couple of his very close friends to toast to his new age with.
He invited all his party members to a colorful function as he thanked God for giving him chance to stay alive in spite of the troubles he has over come in the past two year’s.
Zaake Butebi survived being gunned down during the recently concluded presidential elections in Jinja after Police fired live bullets where he was seated in Bobi Wine’s front car seat.
He also survived death by a whisker when he was terribly beat up by security detail during the first 2020 Lockdown for serving food to residents of his constituency.
With all those challenges going his way, he indeed deserved to celebrate his new age with a lot of vigor, pomp, and glamour as he did.
