Afcon 2021 saw lots of unusual events like the Tunisa -Mali match were the referee( janny sikazwe) ended the game at 89mins 40sec and Mohammed salah given the whistle the card to officiate the match during the Afcon final against Senegal.
Janny sikazwe who officiated the 2017 AFCON final and was in charge of the match against Tunisa Vs Mali first blew the final whistle when the game was left with 5mins to closure,
the error was quickly noticed has players and coaching staff looked confused and the Zambian referee Janny Sikazwe signaled for play to continue.
