Over the weekend, singer Rema Namakula and her husband Dr. Hamza Ssebunya held their newborn baby Aaliyah Ssebunya’s Islamic celebration known as “Akika”.
Upon holding the beautiful ceremony that was attended by a few who were only invited, the lovely couple took their social media accounts and shared photos from the celebrations.
The photos were admirable but did everything to keep their baby’s face out of the camera preventing their followers from spotting their new bundle of joy’s face.
That meant that their fans would have to wait much longer to have a glance at their daughter’s beautiful face till they decided to do so.
Rema then captioned the amazing photos stating; “If he looks at his baby like this, please, give him more babies. Ma Sha Allah”.
Her statement was quickly digested by her fans noting that the singer is willing to give Dr. Hamz more babies.
Aqeeqa or Aqeeqah or Akika is an Islamic tradition of sacrificing an animal on the occasion of giving birth to a child.
