For the past couple of days, artists from Gravity Omutujju have been dropping lists of their favorite top artists of all time.
Gravity Omutujju got underway with the trend when he released his ‘Big Boys’ list. A few days later, Da Agent, born Ivan Wabwire, also released his list of ‘Great Men’ in the Ugandan music industry.
Apparently, singer Derrick Ddungu alias Rickman Manrick has also hopped on to the trend by sharing his list of Top 15 Ugandan musicians.
Either in order or not, to him, Fred Masagazi took the pole position, followed by Herman Basudde, Paul Kafeero, Philly Bongole Lutaaya, Elly Wamala, Fred Sebatta, Afrigo Band, Moses Radio, Jose Chameleone, Bebe Cool, Bobi Wine, Juliana Kanyomoozi, Judith Babirye, Wilson Bugembe, Maurice Kirya, and surprisingly, he positioned himself in the 16th position.
His list had few disagree but trouble came when he placed himself above the likes of Eddy Kenzo, Messach Ssemakula, David Lutaalo, among other he found in the field.
His followers roasted him for not showing respect to all the players in found the arts field.
