Controversial city socialite Charles Olim, popularly known as Sipapa is filled with joy having welcomed bouncing baby girl on Monday.
Sipapa broke the news of giving birth to a new bundle of joy through posts on his Facebook account.
He posted a video of his wife Shamirah while in the maternity ward after giving birth as he carried their baby girl.
He latter posted a photo of themselves carrying their baby and disclosed that they had named their baby Elma.
The baby and mother are all in good health and he is proud to be dad again.
Congratulations Sipapa on growing the family by a new member!
