Ugandan musicians are so “selfish” – Kato Lubwama

While appearing on NBS TV’s UnCut Sabula show on Saturday, outgoing Rubaga South Member of Parliament Hon. Kato Lubwama labeled Ugandan musicians as very “selfish” people.

Kato Lubwama went bare knuckles against local artists as he reasoned that they always want to do every job that concerns with music.

He noted that musicians usually pretend to play the roles of being the promoter, songwriter, producer, and the same time the videographer.

The “Kulya” singer also added that local musicians usually find it very hard to freely acknowledge other people’s efforts in their work.

Musicians in Uganda are so selfish. They want to own every job. The musician is the promoter, the songwriter, the producer, and at the same time the videographer, they don’t want to acknowledge other people’s efforts in their work.

Kato Lubwama

This is not the first time Kato Lubwama has come out and branded local musicians “Selfish” since he has been on several occasions seen at different interviews throwing jibes against fellow artists.
