Don Nasser, legally known as Nasser Nduhukire, a Kampala City socialite, has been remanded to Luzira Prison on charges of aggravated human trafficking of a minor for sexual exploitation.

This is after he appeared before the Buganda Road Court Magistrate Ronald Kayizzi for his second court case hearing.

He is sent to return for his other session on 23 October 2024 as he is grappling with defilement and human trafficking charges.

“Don Nasser has been remanded back to Luzira prison until 23rd October 2024. He is still grappling with charges of aggravated human trafficking of a minor for sexual exploitation”.

He first appeared before court on the 23rd of September 2024 with Promise Ateete on similar charges when the court sent both of them on remand.

Don Nasser was arrested from Kenya and repatriated to answer for his alleged crimes after being on the run for several months.
The prosecution told the court that in May, Mr Nduhukire, together with others still at large, used his influence to entice young girls, especially students, into sexual exploitation, drug abuse, and pornography.

He is accused of transporting a 16-year-old girl from Tagore Apartments along Acacia Avenue in Kampala and harboring her at his residence in Kito Zone in Kira Division for four days between May 23 and 27 this year.
