Kenyan socialite Faith Makau, popularly known as Amber Ray, has shared the progress of the house she is building for her parents.
On Instagram, Amber shared a video of the house at the roofing stage.
The mother of two thanked God for the progress made since laying the foundation and for seeing the roof take shape.
According to Amber, the roof is proof of God’s favor and Grace. She added that she is so excited to be building a family home filled with love.
On Instagram stories, Amber revealed that her father a second born in a family of seven, worked in the army and he started work at a very young age.
His earnings enabled him to take his siblings to school but things fell apart when he lost his job.
At this time, Amber was in form one and when she finished school, she started hustling and she became the breadwinner.
Amber shared that she made a promise that one day she would build a house for her parents and she is thankful to God that her prayers have finally been answered.
“My dad is a second born in a family of 7 children. He started working for Jeshi at a young age and made sure amesomesha all his siblings, but when I was in form 1, he got fired… From that day things changed for us and life was so hard till I finished high school and started hustling and became the breadwinner up today. I promised myself that one day I will build a home for Him”, Amber Ray wrote
