Singer and actress Hajjat Faridah Stecia Mayanja has denied accusations that she practiced witchcraft and bewitched fellow singer Carol Nantongo.
Mayanja stated that she only performs the Islamic night prayer called ‘Tahajjud’ at 3 AM to protect herself from all sorts of evil.
She went ahead to implore her followers who face life challenges to consider praying that prayer-saying thing will always be okay whenever they practice it.
Hajjat Stecia Mayanja further explained that she has never set her feet in any local shrine adding that she doesn’t know what one even looks like.
“I swear I have never stepped in a traditional shrine and I have never bewitched Carol Nantongo in my life. What I only do is perform the Islamic night prayer ‘Tahajjud’ at 3 AM which protects me from evil and negativity. I urge everyone who cares to follow suit”.
She also revealed that she traveled to Canada for improved treatment but had to work odd jobs to survive and enrolled in a course before returning to Uganda.
Successfully, she completed a course in Health Care but since she is not a fan of being employed, she returned so that she could continue with self-employment.

Stecia Mayanja also bragged about having acquired citizenship in Canada as she managed to achieve the goal in the effort to cut on the heavy medical expenses she was being slapped with.
