Musician Priscilla Zawedde, a.k.a Azawi, has advised young men to avoid relationships with older women seeking financial support, commonly referred to as sugar mummies.
Azawi urged the youth to work hard to improve their living standards rather than engage in relationships for material gain.
“I don’t encourage men to date sugar mummies. It’s against African culture. Young men should work hard and build their own lives instead of relying on sugar mummies,” she stated.
Recently, young urban men, especially musicians, have been trending to engage in such relationships for financial benefits.
It is believed that engaging in romantic affairs with sugar mummies and sugar daddies is one of the easiest ways to attain wealth and achieve materialistic items at a quick speed.
As the festive season is closing in, many have started setting themselves so that they can target loaded sugar mummies for benefits and live soft lives.
Earlier this year, the “Reap It” singer opened up about her relationship status. She disclosed that she had been heartbroken after she ditched the love of her life when she found out he was a married man.
Meanwhile, a few days ago, she called out Kasuku for getting introduced (Kukyala) to his wife’s home saying she was hurt not to be invited.
