Singer Jowy Landa, real name Joan Namugerwa, is the topic of discussion on social media after she appeared in a video insulting a fan.
Jowy Landa insulted her fan midway through her performance at one of the hangout spots in Kampala, where a reveler ordered her to get off the stage.
This didn’t settle well with the singer, who ordered the deejay to stop the music and she had no kind words for her fan.
Using unpleasant remarks, Jowy Landa called out the woman for the disrespect despite being younger than her. She accused the woman of being a wasted drunkard who spends most of her time in the bar instead of working hard.
While many supported her reaction, a section of social media users criticized her for using explicit language while addressing her fans.
This is not the first time an artist has clashed with their fan. Musicians like Vinka, Chameleone, Winnie Nwagi, and Eddy Kenzo among others have gone the extra mile of getting physical with the people from the crowd over disrespect.
