Sarah Zawedde, a performing artist, has clarified rumors of ever having friction with Irene Namubiru over Qute Kaye.
The “Kambere Naawe” singer stated that she doesn’t recall ever dating Qute Kaye or conflicting with Irene Namubiru over the same man.
Zawedde believes that she and Namubiru are two mature women who would never stoop low and fight for a man in their lives.

“I don’t think Irene Namubiru ever dated him or me. I heard first from you. Because me and Irene we were two mature ladies that cannot go that shallow for a man. Is there a man worthy of our A** to fight for? That is not true, and it has never happened,” She explained in an interview.
She also maintained that her friendship with Namubiru is very positive, and there is no conflict.
Zawedde also noted that she is often busy attending to her band, which makes it difficult for her to attend fellow artists concerts.
