Juliana Kanyomozi delighted to watch Katikiro Charles Peter Mayiga dance to her song

Songstress Juliana Kanyomozi beamed with joy after Buganda Kingdom Prime Minister Charles Peter Mayiga requested her hit song ‘Kibaluma’ at an event in Buddu.

The Katikkiro paused his speech to dance to the tune, delighting guests who joined in. As he danced, people showered him with money and gifts.

“There’s a singer the people of Buddu love, Juliana Kanyomozi, a princess from Tooro Kingdom,” Mayiga said before playing the song.

After a video of the moment spread online, Juliana shared it on X, writing, “Sir, thank you for supporting Ugandan music and both Buganda and Tooro kingdoms. Music brings joy and happiness.”

Buganda Kingdom often backs artists by featuring them at events, and the Katikkiro has attended several concerts
