Karole Kasita has opened up about the collaborations that have significantly impacted her music career and the international features she is still pursuing.
In a recent media interview, the dancehall singer highlighted “Chekecha,” a hit song she worked on with fellow female stars Vinka and Winnie Nwagi, as one of the turning points in her career.
She also pointed out “Ebyo Byooli,” a track that features rapper Feffe Bussi, as another major collaboration in her musical journey.
When asked about her long-anticipated collaboration with Nigerian superstar Tiwa Savage, Karole Kasita revealed that it is still in the pipeline.
She disclosed that her team recently tried to contact the Nigerian icon but did not manage to speak with her.
“We called her, but she did not pick up. But I know that it is going to happen,” she said.
Karole Kasita also addressed her much-rumored collaboration with Jamaican star Dexta Daps.
While she admitted that the project exists, she chose not to reveal much, saying it involves other parties and prefers to remain silent about it for now.
However, she quickly added that, unlike Tiwa Savage, communication with Dexta Daps is ongoing, and he picks up when they call.
