NTV’s news anchor Rita Kanya bid farewell to the station after having a successful five-year stint at the Serena Hotel-based media outlet.
She joined the station in 2019 and has quit in 2024.
She has been one of the anchors at the station who has played a great role in having Ugandans glued on their TV sets to watch news based on the positive and eloquent manner in which she delivers news to the masses.
Ritah Kanya expressed herself by thanking NTV for the opportunity she was given and entrusted to take the role of news anchoring.
She says she is grateful and thanked her work colleagues for the support they rendered her during her stay at the media outlet.
