Sheebah Karungi, a Ugandan singer, announced she will take a six-month break after her upcoming “Neyanziza” concert slated for today at Lugogo Cricket Oval to focus on her business and personal life.

She plans to re-awaken her frozen businesses and strategize them again, focusing on self-care and relaxation.

She wants to enjoy life and experience the feeling of being cared for, rather than constantly running to interviews and stage performances when she is sick.

Sheebah will continue to work but will work smart when she wants, rather than under pressure.

“I’m going to focus on my businesses that had frozen as I will be looking forward to thriving them again. I want to re-waken those that had paused and those that need strategizing and work on them afresh.

I am also going to focus on myself. Working or seeing me on stage again won’t be a must as previously. I want to just enjoy life and experience the feel of some of the things that I love doing. I want to go watch movies in Cinemas and chill while doing things at my will.

I am going to use the six months to relax and breathe a bit. I will be working but I will work smart. I will work when I want and not work under pressure like how I have been doing”.
