The “Mwoto” singer admitted that one of her friends got involved in a physical altercation with someone else while at a hangout and the incident turned out to be ugly.
“I am very happy and glad that the court has cleared me of the charges that were slapped on me. We should have not been here in the first place. Have been left to go free without any charges. Sometime back, we were on an outing when one of my friend was involved in a scuffle that resulted in a bar fight”, Cindy Sanyu stated
She furthermore explained that “As a result, when the complainant filed a case, they included me too. I think it was a situation to get me scared. But I wasn’t part of the case of inciting violence and I thank God that the world has finally seen that all wasn’t true. On my side, the case has been dismissed but my other colleague have to come and continue battling the case”.
