Stabua Natooro, a single mother of six, has revealed that she began giving birth at the age of 14 and had her sixth child by the time she turned 25.
Despite the challenges of single motherhood, Natooro is grateful for her children’s well-being and their ability to access all their needs.
She wishes she had given birth to 10 children if she had known that having children was a blessing.
Natooro acknowledges that being a single mother is challenging, but her love for her children has made the journey more manageable. “Carrying a child, giving birth, and raising them alone is not easy. But by Allah’s grace, I’ve been able to make it through,” she shared. She emphasizes that love and faith have played a crucial role in helping her cope with the responsibilities of single motherhood.
The singer candidly mentioned that if she had known earlier about the joy and blessings of motherhood, she would have considered having 10 children. “Six children don’t seem like many to me. If I had understood how fulfilling it is to be a mother, I would have had more,” she said.
When asked about whether the father of her children provides any support, Natooro remained tight-lipped, choosing not to share specific details. However, she confidently stated that her children are well provided for and live a happy life. “We get everything we need, and none of my children is lacking,” she affirmed.
Despite the difficulties she has encountered, Stabua Natooro continues to balance her successful music career with raising her children, serving as a role model for many single mothers who look up to her.
