Socialite Anita Kyarimpa Fabiola has announced the passing of her mother, Mrs. Barbara Nantumbwe Mugerwa, who died on Monday.
Fabiola shared the news on her social media accounts stories but did not disclose the cause of her mother’s death. The family has not yet announced the burial arrangements.
They, however, disclosed that they would be sharing the information later as clear details come to light.
“IN LOVING MEMORY
The family of Dr.Mugerwa with deep sorrow wishes to inform you of the untimely passing of our beloved mother, wife, sister, and grandmother, Mrs. Barbara Nantumbwe Mugerwa. Details of burial will be communicated in due course.”- read the post she put up.
Anita Fabiola is one of the seasoned media personalities who rose to fame while hosting a hook-up show dubbed “Be My Date” that would air on NTV every Sunday and would see some youth interacting and engaging with it.
She, however, got fired when one of her ex-lovers shared nude videos of her online and faced the axe from the Serena Hotel-based media outlet. She would then be hired by Next Media Services NBS TV.

Her journey as a media personality continued from there but for a very short stint as she would venture into other fields of life like acting. She later got hooked by a loaded dude identified as Ronald Mark Mubiru who swept her off her feet thus ditched working and focused on a smooth relationship.
She now runs an online domestic beauty parlor where she sells a variety of ladies’ essentials that are used for making ladies glow.
