Canada-based Congolese singer Jonathan Budju alias Son of God has shared the visuals for his “Utukufu” track.

The video is working wonders on YouTube since it has so far garnered more than one million views in just space of four months since its release.

Jonathan Budju was born in DRC on 14/02/1998 but he, unfortunately, lost both of his parents at a tender age which makes him a total orphan.

Following political instability in DRC, Jonathan Budju together with his siblings ran away from DRC to Uganda.

Later on, they created a music band known as 24 Elders, in Uganda which later on was disbanded by individual goals.

By God’s grâce and later on, Jonathan and his family switched to Canada where life has greatly improved for the better.

In 2017 God allowed Jonathan to start his own music career and released his very first album called VICTORIEUX in the year 2018.

In 2019, he yet again released a single titled “Nakupa Sifa” which also increased his fame and popularity among his peers in Canada.

When Covid19 hit the world in 2020, Jonathan managed to at least drop three songs including; AMAZING LOVE, MATTHIEU 6, and ONLY YOU GOD

In the same period through my foundation, friends, and well-wishers, we were able to help the less privileged.

The less privileged were motivated by Promoting peace and distributing Masks and sanitizers as well.

They also extended help to local health workers in Montreal, Canada in an act of saving lives.

The foundation was started in 2017 and as a group, they have been able to reach out to more than 100,000 people in BURUNDI, BRAZZAVILLE, UGANDA, and DRC.

Come December 17th of 2023, Jonathan Budju, known by stage name Son of God, will be live in concert in Kampala Uganda at Sharing Hall Nsambya.
